PART THREE: DISCLAIMER
I. Educational Purposes Only
The Psychological Alchemy Certification: The Living Tree of Life Method, and all related content, coaching, and community forum discussion (collectively, the “Course”), are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only. Nothing in the Course constitutes professional, medical, psychological, psychiatric, financial, or legal advice.
II. Not a Substitute for Therapy or Psychological Treatment
The Course, including any one-on-one interaction, group coaching, or forum participation with Eva Rider, is not psychotherapy, counseling, or any other form of licensed mental health treatment, and is not a substitute for one. Eva Rider does not diagnose, treat, or claim to cure any mental health condition, illness, or disorder through the Course. If you are experiencing symptoms of a mental health condition, are in crisis, or are considering harming yourself or others, please contact a licensed mental health professional or emergency services immediately.
If you are located in the United States and need immediate support, you can call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or contact your local emergency services. If you are located in Canada, you can contact Talk Suicide Canada at 1-833-456-4566 or your local emergency services.
III. No Professional Licensure or Accredited Degree
Eva Rider does not hold, and does not represent that she holds, a license to practice psychology, psychotherapy, or counseling in any jurisdiction. The term “Psychology” in the Course and brand name refers to the subject matter explored in the Course — it does not indicate that the Course, the certification it offers, or Eva Rider herself carries any official psychological licensure, accreditation, or governmental recognition. The certificate of completion awarded upon finishing the Course reflects completion of a proprietary educational program only. Graduates may not represent themselves as licensed psychologists, therapists, counselors, or mental health providers on the basis of this certification.
IV. No Guarantee of Results
Any results, outcomes, transformations, or testimonials described in connection with the Course are not guaranteed. Individual results depend on many factors, including your own effort, circumstances, and personal history. The Company makes no representation that any particular result will be achieved by any participant.
V. Group Coaching & Community Forum
Group coaching sessions and community forum discussions involve the participation of other individuals. Anything you choose to share in these spaces may be heard or read by other participants and is not confidential between you and Eva Rider. The Company is not responsible for advice, opinions, or information shared by other participants, and such content does not reflect the views of the Company.
VI. Assumption of Risk
By enrolling in the Course, you acknowledge that self-reflective and personal-development work of this nature may surface difficult emotions or memories, and you voluntarily assume any risk associated with your participation. You are encouraged to pursue appropriate professional support alongside the Course if needed.
